Totes NKY is based in Florence and run by the same local team behind Yard Guard. We started it because moving with cardboard is a hassle: hunting for boxes, taping them up, then figuring out what to do with them afterward.

How does this work?
Pick a package, choose your delivery and pickup dates, and pay online. We drop off clean totes with lids and dollies at your door, you pack at your own pace, and we pick everything up from your new place. Most people use them for a move, but they also work great for a big declutter, a remodel, or hauling decor and supplies to a wedding or event.
Why rent instead of buy?
Most people don't want to store a garage full of plastic totes once their move is over. Cardboard boxes crush, get wet, and can attract bugs and rodents while they sit around. Renting means no tape, no folding, no storage, and no landfill. The dollies make heavy loads easy and work for furniture too. You pay once, we deliver, and we take it all away.
How long do people normally rent for?
Every package includes 2 weeks. Many customers add a week or two, and extensions are common. We'll set it up however works for your move.
Can I add more time?
Yes. Text or call 859-903-7667 before your pickup date and we will add extra weeks to your booking.
How do delivery and pickup work?
We drop off the totes and dollies at your door on your delivery date, then pick them up from your new place on your pickup date. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Florence, $25 for 20 to 40 miles, and $50 for 40 to 60 miles.
How does pickup work?
We text you to confirm a time, swing by, load everything up, and you're done. Please have the totes empty, lids on, stacked on the dollies, and somewhere we can easily reach them.
Where do you deliver? Do you go to Ohio?
Yes, we deliver to Ohio. We serve Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati, including Florence, Union, Burlington, Hebron, Erlanger, Independence, Covington, Newport, Fort Thomas, and Cincinnati. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Florence, and we go up to about 60 miles out.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 24 hours before your delivery date. Pick your package, choose your dates, and pay online. The calendar on each package shows what's available.
When is payment due?
You pay in full online when you book, which locks in your dates. Extra weeks are billed when you add them.
Can I see the rental contract?
Of course. The full rental agreement is shown at checkout, so you can read it before you pay. The short version: you're responsible for anything lost or damaged, and you return everything empty on your pickup date. Want a copy sooner? Text or call 859-903-7667 and we will send it over.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals, so it shows up ready to pack.
What if a tote gets lost or damaged?
Missing or broken items are billed at $20 per tote, $40 per dolly, and $200 per hand truck. Full details are in the rental agreement you accept at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellations within 48 hours of your delivery date have a $25 fee.
